Property identity for an author’s estate

A place to relax, be inspired and discover. Greenway was once the holiday home of Agatha Christie and is now owned by the National Trust. Wanting to build on the story of the property and the huge influence Agatha Christie had, a sub-property identity, under the National Trust guidelines, was needed to give Greenway its unique voice. Captivating from the start, there were many layers and stories hidden within Greenway in which to explore creatively.
Collections became a strong theme for the identity. Agatha was a great collector of inspirational objects and findings on her travels. Memories and experiences were also well documented at Greenway. Using collections as a theme allowed the different aspects of the property’s history to be showcased. The collections were grouped into: collections of ideas, collections of memories and collections of personal treasures.
